Bio	Sifu Dave Pangan has been a personal student of Master Ron Heimberger since 1992. He has never studied any other martial art. Dave is dedicated to teaching Ip Ching Wing Chun at the highest possible level to benefit his students. Dave teaches public classes as well as college courses at Southern Utah University. He assists Master Ron Heimberger teaching seminars across the United States. Dave holds a degree in Business Management. He is proud to have served honorably in the U.S Army as both an Infantryman in the 82nd Airborne Division and as an Artillery Crewman in the Utah National Guard.
