Bio	Toney Stafford was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and currently lives in the Orem area. He was an Honor Roll Student throughout High School and College. An athlete and Track and Cross Country Team Captain, he competed in many State Championships including placing 6th at the Western United States Simplot Indoor Track Meet in the 3200 meters. He has traveled extensively through Europe and South America, including an extended period of time in Brazil studying the language and culture. He speaks Portuguese fluently and has a working knowledge of Spanish. Throughout his life he has enjoyed hiking, camping, shooting, and studying. Toney has been interested in Martial Arts from a young age. He was blessed to meet Master Heimberger several years ago and has been exclusively training in Wing Chun ever since. He has attended many workshops, seminars and summer camps with Master Heimberger, as well as seminars with Grandmaster Ip Ching. He received his instructor certification from Master Heimberger.
