As stated before, many benefits, such as improved health and fitness, increased self-esteem and self-discipline, reduced stress, and heightened awareness will be achieved. However, Ving Tsun is a Martial Art that is equally internal and external. This means that we incorporate relaxation methods as well as learning the fighting system so the student will be better equipped to deal with daily life and all the stresses it has to offer.
