Grandmaster Ip Ching demonstrates the second movement from the first section of the Mook Yan Jong.

The Movement shown is used after you have dissapated an attack using bong sao, this leaves you vulnerable as your ribs are exposed. Using your footwork you move from the bong sao position into Tan Da.
